Meghan Shafer PT,DPT

Meghan Shafer is a native of Richmond, KY. She received her Bachelors of Health Science from Bellarmine University in 2009. She then attended Physical Therapy School at Bellarmine University and graduated in December 2010 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has been a member of the Dr. Rudy J Ellis Sports Medicine team since January 2011.

She recently presented a research poster titled “A Comparative Study Among Ballet, Jazz, and Modern Dancers” at the 2011 APTA Combined Sections Meeting in which she received the 2011 Women’s Health Research Poster Award. Meghan is a member of the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.: Orthopaedic Section.
